REUTERS/Fabrizio Bensch/File Photo WASHINGTON, cceletiJan 8(Reuters )-The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it would certainly not grant a petition looking for an official testimonial of 662,000 Tesla automobiles for claims of unexpected unintended acceleration.The agency claimed its testimonial of the December 2019 application into Tesla Model S, Design X, and Model 3 vehicles located the cases cited “were brought on by pedal misapplication. NHTSA located no proof of mistake in the accelerator pedal settings up, electric motor control systems, or brake systems that added to the mentioned events.”
